It stands for training and development. This five week program will be devoted to skill development for players ages 7 to 12. Players will work through skill stations (hitting, base running, fielding, pitching, catching etc.) two days a week including practice games on the second practice each week. Participants will play a variety of different positions.
This five week program will be devoted to skill development in a fun and fulfilling manner. Major and minor players will work through skill stations one night a week. On the other night, the players will play a game. These games will be against other towns so there will be some travel involved. Instructional players will work through skills stations and then a game on Saturdays only.
South Kingstown Little League will have 8-9* and 10-11 year old age brackets, plus Juniors for ages 12-13 and Seniors for ages 14-16. Baseball age is the same as for the Spring 2017 season: the player's age as of 4/30/17 for those ages 12 and up; and 8/31/17 for those ages 11 and below.
*There is a first-come first-served waiting list for 7 year olds who played in the AA Division in the Spring. They will be placed on 8-9 teams as needed in order to fill rosters.
Seniors- ages 14-16 (as of 4/30/2017)
Juniors- ages 12-14 (as of 4/30/2017)
10/11- ages 10-11 (as of 8/30/2017)
8/9*- ages 8-9 (as of 8/30/2017)

$99 for the Junior and Senior divisions and $95 for 10/11 and 8/9 divisions. **All fees (current and past) must be paid before a player will be placed on a team**
If you are registering 2 or more children for baseball only, you will receive a $10 discount when checking out at the same time.

If you are a first-time registrant, please register here and mail copies of your players' birth certificates and proofs of residency to SKLL, PO Box 388, Wakefield, RI 02880. Proofs of residency can be a utility bill, auto registration or driver's license, as long as it has your current South Kingstown address on it.
It is the policy of SKLL not to exclude participation because of financial reasons. If you should need assistance, please call SKLL at 782-3410.
If you are considering volunteering as a coach, manager, or helper, please register as a volunteer when you are registering your child(ren). Please also complete a volunteer application and mail it along with a copy of your driver's license to SKLL, P.O. Box 388 Wakefield, RI 02880. You will not be permitted to help on the field unless we have these documents on file.
Please complete, print and sign a Medical Release Form for each child registered. This form is to be turned into your Team Manager at the first practice.
